THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our skilled CRM team! We work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to increase the revenue stream from existing customers across channels – email, app, sms, onsite. You will be a key player in developing and executing our direct-to-consumer communication across all markets combining comprehensive data sources with consumer insights. You will work with the most up-to-date technology in an environment supporting individual responsibility, trust and flexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and optimize trigger-based emails, both stand alone and flows
- Work with personalization in different channels – email, app, sms and onsite banners
- Manage our app push communication strategy and execution
- Work with improvements of our data model and customer insights
- Execute (segmentation and scheduling) promotional email campaigns
- Handle A/B testing
- Work with improvements of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud set-up
- Take active part of our journey against “true cross-channel” campaigning
- Help out with “Bugs and asap’s” to support the daily business

YOUR PROFILE
- You already work with e-mail marketing, but want to have more responsibility and work across channels
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing trigger-based emails/journeys
- Hands on experience with ESP or cross channel systems
- Solid analytical skills
- Used to working with Google Analytics
- Experience with customer segmentation and application in cross-channel marketing
- Knowledge of HTML and no tech-fear
