THE OPPORTUNITY

We are adding an SEO Specialist to our dynamic E-Commerce team to manage all search engine optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities including content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
- Evaluate, report, manage and update Boozt.com URL structure
- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum visibility
- Develop and implement link building strategies
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code, e.g. site maps, metas, URL structure, etc.
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Build and execute on SEO strategies

YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience
- Extremely knowledgeable about mobile, desktop and international SEO
- In-depth experience with Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics
- Expert on rich, structured, micro-data markup and site maps
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Ability to work well independently and also within a team
