Facebook’s Art Department includes a variety of Creative Engagement programs, a printmaking and design studio inside Facebook as well as public facing Cultural Collaborations all which have a collective mission to build community through creativity.

The Art Department is looking for an experienced, creative, and organized designer and problem-solver to help scale and advance our in-house communication and graphic design practice in concert with the Art Department’s curatorial, education, and public program initiatives and with other partners across Facebook. Although print remains at the heart of our work, we are evolving our design systems and solutions to include larger, site-specific environmental installations and hybrid projects that cross mediums and techniques and leverage digital technology to increase access. This role will contribute to the Art Department’s goals of addressing timely and topical themes relevant to the Facebook community and presenting diverse and multifaceted points of view.

A humble curiosity about the world, broad range of interests, and inclusive mindset are all critical characteristics in order to achieve the goals of the Art Department and this role. Candidates also will also need to possess a strong attention to detail, ability to learn and adapt quickly, and communicate clearly and concisely while managing multiple projects concurrently in partnership with local and global teammates and other partners.


This is a full-time position based in either London or Dublin and will report remotely to the Communication Design Lead.
