We are looking for a profile who is comfortable taking accountability on the ultimate quality and creativity of our projects. Seniors normally run mid to large sized projects, in collaboration with the rest of the team.

At Charlie Tango we solve problems for our clients and their customers or end users. In doing so we celebrate the coming together of branding and UI-design. Therefore, your passion for these two subjects must be uncompromised. While running projects, a Senior Designer is expected to coach and inspire younger members of our team as well as other colleagues and clients.

Requirements
Who are you?

You thrive in an environment with changing requirements, customers and complexity, but also with great and very skilled colleagues, in a fun environment with a casual tone, where quality is everyone’s highest ambition.
Besides this we expect that:

You have +5 years of experience within the digital design industry
Have experience with responsive web, product design, native apps (iOS + Android) and animation.
Fluent in Sketch or Figma (we use Sketch) and experienced in the Adobe Creative Suite.
You haven an open attitude towards learning new things - from projects and colleagues
You can handle 1-2 projects running at the same time
You are a good presenter; you can argue for the design choices you and your team have made
You are fluent in English and if you speak Danish as well, it is an advantage but not a requirement
From the big picture down to the pixel, we expect you to be able to adapt and quickly shift your design approach according to the size and complexity of the tasks.


You should have experience with:

Critical thinking, branding, UI design, UX processes, product development, a general understanding of front-end design, prototyping and motion design.

It is a plus if you have worked with:

Component libraries, style-guides, design systems, design thinking, and agile setups.
