E-Commerce Manager

Mismo are now recruiting a content & communication driven E-commerce manager with a solid, digital vantage point to join our team in Copenhagen.

Mismo designs and produces bags & accessories in a triangle of aesthetic sustainability, tactile sensibility and modern-day usability. Our products are sold worldwide through selected fashion, design and department stores and online at mismo.dk.
We are now recruiting an E-commerce manager to oversee content creation and the daily maintenance and development of our digital landscape. TASKS
As E-Commerce Manager, your main areas of responsibility will be:
• Daily management, maintenance and optimization of website (Shopify platform)
• Manage the planning & execution of digital campaigns, content and collaborations across all SoMe platforms (Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest)
• Create engaging and relevant newsletters in alignment with the overall marketing plan (Klaviyo platform)
• Sales optimization - leveraging analytics tools to provide in depth overview of web traffic, sales conversions, etc. and use this data to continuously optimize the site in close collaboration with our external Shopify development team.
• Plan & oversee digital creatives and ad spend in collaboration with our digital agency.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of photo shoots and other content generating activities.
• Provide customer service and order handling assistance in collaboration with the rest of the team
• Updating our B2B wholesale site on a seasonal basis
• Miscellaneous Ad Hoc tasks related to the daily operation

REQUIREMENTS
You have a solid background within E-commerce and have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role. We expect that you:
• Have solid experience with the Shopify platform
• Have an aesthetic eye and can quickly adapt to the brand DNA in both visual and written communication
• Own a unique flair for producing and publishing engaging SoMe content
• Have experience in working with newsletters and e-mail customer flow (Klaviyo platform)
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of online marketing and marketing automation.
• Communicate fluently in English - spoken and written
• Have a natural interest in the fields of design, fashion, arts and culture.
• Solid graphic skills - familiar with Adobe’s Creative Suite or similar
