THE OPPORTUNITY

An unique and rare opportunity to form the test strategy going forward for our entire App Development department ‘Boozt Innovation Lab’. Get the chance to create a proper QA & Release strategy for three apps, and probably many more going forward!

In this opportunity you will take the lead in establishing and enact quality assurance procedures throughout the whole testing process for both our native iOS and Android apps. With your expertise you will define how the tests are running today in order to set up and develop new solutions on how to enhance the quality of our app releases.

Boozt Innovation Lab is our Copenhagen based development department that today consists of 20+ mobile developers. You will be in close collaboration with the mobile developers and manage the team of two testers that are located in our Vilnius department today.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main responsibility will be to lead the shaping of test solutions which includes:

- Define testing standards and strategies. Prepare and create new guidelines, procedures and implement control plans for testing and test instructions.
- From scratch create test manuals for our two large and one smaller apps - today we have close to no structured test manuals.
- Lead and coordinate test improvement initiatives over time.
- Oversee day-to-day test teams operation and performance.
- Do regular performance evaluation, and be part of the hiring process for new testers.
- Use your knowledge of the best test tools and how to apply them to big and complex software systems.


YOUR PROFILE

- You have a wide experience within the field of QA with a minimum of 2 years in a similar QA & Release Manager role.
- Proven work experience within QA of mobile apps.
- Fluent in English since this is our corporate language.
