As we enter an exciting and busy award season, we're looking for a skilled Communications Manager (maternity cover) to join our team to help us pull off an amazing experience for 2021.

The job will include (but not be limited to) the following tasks:
-Write articles/copy for a variety of digital (websites and social media) and print formats;
-Oversee development and roll-out of campaigns across our channels;
-Coordinate communication resources, graphic, tech and communications support;
-Liaise and coordinate with external press partners and other freelance creatives;
-Stakeholder management of Index Award candidates;
-Help out with the execution of September's Index Award 2021 events - both digital and physical!

Ideally, you:
-Live and breathe copy and all things creative communication;
-Have at least five (5) years of planning, managing and executing projects;
-Dabble in a broad variety in creative/publishing programmes, such as WordPress, the Creative Suite, Figma etc.;
-Are highly structured and have a great eye for detail;
Have a bachelor or master’s degree (or an equivalent level of education) in journalism or communication;
-Are a native English speaker - any other languages are a plus!

Important notes:
The job is full-time for a fixed term (7-8 months) starting July 2021;
We’re based on Skindergade in the heart of Copenhagen;
Salary decided upon qualifications.
