Job Description
You will work with all parts of the organisation, through owning the strategic perspective and working across disciplinary project teams. You are responsible for research and strategic work across numerous projects and pitches — either by leading your own projects or collaborating with other strategists, project leaders and creatives.

The strategic work will be divided in two parts: Firstly scope, plan, design and lead both qualitative and quantitative research and strategic phases — ranging from interviews and desktop to workshops and investigative processes. Secondly, consolidating all findings and insights in well-written and clear strategic work to either stand alone or serve as the foundation for the creative work we do.

Competences
- 3+ years of experience with leading projects and teams within design, branding, communication or advertising
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong storyteller both verbally and in writing
- Systematic and inquisit
- Thrive in collaborative and creative environments
