Frama is seeking an analytical and growth-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual has an excellent command of paid strategy and will be responsible for delivering branded, creatively aligned campaigns that engage and convert. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be in charge of executing paid media activities across the entire funnel in key markets and channels (social and search).

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be working closely with our digital and creative teams, reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager. The work environment at Frama is dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative which requires independence and the ability to take initiative.

Start Date: January 2022

Tasks:
• Serve as an in-house expert for all things paid and performance
• Develop, launch and manage paid search and social campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce and content teams to align paid strategy with business goals and key product groupings
• Conduct tests to optimize campaign structure, creative, and audiences in such a way that maximizes ROAS
• Monitor, analyse, and report results, delivering key learnings to digital and content teams
• Create GA dashboards to monitor the campaign ecosystem with special attention to attribution
• Develop and optimize keyword strategy for Google Ads based on competitor insights
• Take initiative to scale successful campaigns
• Work within the allocated paid marketing budget, optimizing spend and bid strategies
• Identify key strategic opportunities to refine and optimize FRAMA’s paid marketing mix
• Assist in testing, optimization, and reporting of email marketing campaigns
• Various administrative tasks related to paid marketing

Desired qualifications:
• At least 2 years’ experience executing paid campaigns on Google and Facebook, ideally agency or brand
• Certified in both Google and Facebook Ads (please share which blueprint courses you have passed)
• Experience managing and optimizing budgets
• An in-depth knowledge of the changing landscape of digital marketing with a constant appetite for new information
• Exceptional understanding of attribution models and the relationship between digital channels
• Expert level data management on GA and beyond — a numbers person at heart
• Knowledgeable in keywords strategy
• A knowledge of FRAMA’s competitive landscape and a pulse on competitor strategy
• Fluency in English is a requirement
• Collaborative and adaptive
