We are looking for a skilled and creative project manager to join our new Graphics Department at Samsøe Samsøe!

The position is a maternity cover, fulltime and we are looking to fill this role from March 1st 2022.

As a newly created team, the Graphics Department is part of our PR & Marketing department but will also have stakeholders and creative tasks throughout various departments in the organization such as design, wholesale, retail and e-commerce.

The role will be based at Samsøe Samsøe headquarters at Nørrebro in Copenhagen.

The job:
As our new Graphic Project Manager you will be a crucial part in establishing and securing graphical communication processes. You will be the lead on gathering all relevant information from stakeholders throughout the various departments in the organization, and will be referring to Head of PR & Marketing. As a Graphic Project Manager, your responsibility will be helping translate the needs of the different departments into creative briefs and handing them over to the responsible Graphics in the team and making sure all deadlines are met. You will be in charge of the following:

Establishing, maintaining and optimizing processes and communication flows within the Graphics Department on day to day operations.

Gathering all relevant information by coordinating with the other departments on design tasks and deliverables.

Taking lead on translating needs and wishes into creative briefs and brief the Graphics Department.

Maintaining an overview over all graphic assignments and making sure deadlines are met.

Planning and coordinating with relevant stakeholders – both inside and outside the organization.

Support the Graphics Department in creating and maintaining our design system.

You are:
Structured, creative and always capable of delivering within tight deadlines. A team player who values a great range of project and tasks. You are either educated to degree level or equivalent in graphic design or a related field, or at least you can tick these boxes:

At least 2+ years’ professional experience in project management.

Solid collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Structured mindset.

The ability to deal with complex assignments, unstructured briefs and turn them into understandable and specific deliverables.

A passion for development and challenging the status quo.

Experience within in-house branding and graphic design.

Contemporary fashion interest/experience is a plus.
