Finance and Accounting at Spacon & X

Spacon & X is looking for a person to contributing to leading company finances, accounting, and general administration.

First and foremost, you will manage the studio's finances in form of bookkeeping and accounting as well as keeping track of the project budgets and finances. Your primary tasks will be invoicing, payment of bills, salary payment and other financial tasks requiring daily contact with the project managers. Moreover, it is a bonus if you have some knowledge on pay and hiring conditions so that you can also take on assignments within this area. The position is expected to require somewhere between 20-35 hours/week.

We prefer that you have qualifications in finance and accounting, either from your educational background or having worked with finance and accounting. We use E-conomics as our financial system and Dan-løn as our pay system, so even though it is not a necessity it is preferred if you have some experience with these systems. Furthermore, it is, nice if you have passion and interest in the creative world of design and architecture.
