The Performance Marketing team at SOUNDBOKS is in charge of the day-to-day management of paid media activities across all digital marketing channels. We own media buying and help drive growth on digital platforms to steer customers into the ever-expanding SOUNDBOKS universe. In Copenhagen, we primarily work on the EU markets and collaborate with the Marketing team on hitting commercial targets.

As Junior Graphic Designer you’ll be responsible for the important creative process of adding assets and reacting to performance which plays an essential role in our ambition of learning fast and reacting faster. What you will basically do is produce and make sure we have assets for all our media buying platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. You’ll be substantially impactful in building the SOUNDBOKS brand to grow our business.


Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:

- You’ll be designing exciting and engaging graphics across various paid communications channels to optimize our performance while always keeping a focus on the consumer’s POV.
- You’ll also be working closely and cross-functionally with the other designers in the organization (UX/UI, Brand and Marketing). Guided by our Graphic Design Lead, you’ll all align on our overall visual brand identity and make sure of an on-brand and cohesive SOUNDBOKS appearance.
- You’ll receive a lot of trust and responsibility as you’ll be an integral part of our team’s success. That means that after a phase of thorough onboarding you’ll do a lot of work on your own while you can always count on the team’s knowledge-pool and support.


In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below. However, we acknowledge that success can take many forms, so please do apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes.
- Your finger muscle memory is filled with shortcuts because of your extensive experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Xd, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Perhaps you even allocated a little memory for Figma?
- You have an interest in and a basic understanding of digital marketing flows and acknowledge how creative assets impact performance.
- You champion team collaboration and know by heart that good ideas emerge during fruitful conversations.
- While acknowledging the importance of a strong team, you’re also super motivated to work independently and embrace the creative flow.
- To genuinely succeed as a team it’s crucial that you’re open to other people’s opinions but also know how to be respectfully honest and stay true to yourself.
- Prospectively, the goal is to expand this role into a full-time position in about 1 to 1,5 years, so it would be amazing if you still have approximately 1 or 1,5 years of your studies left.
