Who are we looking for?

In EGGS, you will be part of our quickly growing team in Denmark, and we would love to see you fulfill your potential with us. To be successful in the lead role, we believe that you:

- Have a holistic, strategic mindset and capacity to see the big picture
- Have experience working with and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Are familiar with the classic methods in UX design, Service design, and Agile development.
- Have sales and B2B experience, as well as a flair for developing customer relationships
- Are seen by the clients and collaborators as a trusted practitioner
- Have visual communication superpowers such as sketching and visual process documentation
- Possess knowledge of methods for co-creation, inclusion, and execution of projects
- Have a passion for leading and facilitating design and innovation projects
- Are fluent in English
- Have 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Are willing and happy to travel approximately 30% for projects

What will you be doing?

As Lead Designer in Copenhagen, you will have varied responsibilities. Some examples of what you might be doing are:

- Developing holistic concepts with both digital and physical components
- Leading and facilitating design and innovation projects
- Inspiring your project team and having 1:1 feedback sessions, giving positive and constructive feedback
- Dealing with sales and business development
- Bringing your ideas and points of view into discussions
- Managing and developing our client relationships – crafting approaches, writing proposals, and presenting to clients
- Project management and initiating new projects
- Handling process documentation
- Communicating design through, for example, presentations, writing articles or cases
