Who wants to rent a 30m2 studio at Sydhavnen opposite the habour?

The studio is good for one person, but also ideal for 2 people sharing, as it has a small extra room for storage and space to stash materials.
It is yours for the sum of 2800,- ex. tax. (and if you wish to take over the space permanently, half a year's rent in deposit.)
There is a more or less private outdoor space where it is possible to do all the extra noisy and messy work..
The studio is situated at Bådehavnsgade 44 in the same building as Officin's printing facilities, which you can also use for an extra fee see officin.com underneath "workshop"
Finally there is of course both kitchen and toilet facilities, to be shared with Officin and three other artists in the same building.
