ABSTRACT ART CLASS FOR BEGINNERS / ON WEEKENDS

My name is Rita Howis, and I am so happy to invite you to my Colorflow Ink Workshops. The art class is designed to bring joy and enhance creativity. It is perfectly suitable for a beginner level.

The main mediums will be colorful alcohol inks, which grow in popularity every day. The technique is easy to grasp, playful, and very therapeutical. While creating your own abstract piece of artwork, you will focus on your own perceptions, imagination, and feelings. Most importantly, you will be able to create your own masterpiece and bring it home!

Within 3 hours we will:
• Start with a selection of brunch delicacies or glass of wine;
• Introduction to the technique, basics of color theory, and composition;
• I will demonstrate the technique, show you my tips and tricks for a successful piece of artwork;
• We will choose the colors and test the method;
• Drinks and mingling;
• Art therapy - time to let your imagination flow and create the artwork;
• Bringing art home!

We will work in small group up to 10 people in the beautiful venue - spacious Nata Watts Gallery, located in the heart of the Copenhagen.

The workshop is recurring event - you can choose the date and time once you proceed with booking ( currently on Saturdays and Sundays).
